**Description**
After some discussion, we would prefer to have users setup velero
schedules on a per-chart basis, besides any options available on the
velero chart itself.
However the schedules need to be installed inside the velero namespace,
while the included namespace, should (by default) be limited to the
chart itself

Since [this](https://github.com/truecharts/charts/pull/16546) is merged,
that includes version 1.22.0 of cnpg
The [fix](https://github.com/cloudnative-pg/cloudnative-pg/pull/3517)
for pooler instances is included
https://github.com/cloudnative-pg/cloudnative-pg/releases/tag/v1.22.0
We can now instead of removing the pooler manifests completely, just
edit the instances.

**Description**
Velero still does some validation on config keys, even if the value is
empty.
This can cause into issues with invalid keys and such, which should be
no issue when empty.
However, scale adds all keys, empty.

**Description**
Currently ingress and loadbalancer reservations are still being made for
stopped charts.
With this change we set services to clusterip, to prevent external
connections.
We also set ingress to a special `stopped` ingressClass, this ensures we
don't nuke things like certificates when stopping

The old SCALE GUI, offered a clean way of showing an opening Apps.
Sadly enough this was:
A. Admin only
B. Crude
The new gui doesn't really show anything like that.
But on other platforms we've even less.

This PR aims to rework and update cnpg code to expose more features of
CNPG to our users.

**Description**
This PR aims to add support for static provisioning of PVC-PV volume
pairs.
THis ensures we're in-line with what iX-Common backend for SCALE
supports and expands on that by allowing users on non-SCALE systems to
create custom PVC-PV bindings
It also adds initial support for dataSource, for either backup/snapshot
or PVC cloning purposses.
In addition it ensure that a randomised hash is used when dataSource is
set, so we can force a recrease when it's changed.
This also merged `.Values.volumeClaimTemplates` with
`.Values.persistence` by setting `.type` to `vct` on any persistence
reference.
This means users with statefull sets, need to move **all** their
`.Values.volumeClaimTemplates` references into `.Values.persistence`
like this:
old:

```
New:

On top of this, this PR breaks ALL VCT's by improving the naming scheme.

**Description**
We currently have multiple charts with custom webhooks.
This leads to a relatively high risk of them having different format and
different fixes applied.

- Added a function to "generate" the namespace and also validate in
terms of length and format.
Current blockers:
Some objects added after the initial refactor use a different code style
and currently is not straightforward to use the above function.
Those will have to be revisited once they have some tests for
themselves.
And after everything else is working and have tests in place (in regards
with the namespace change)

**Description**
With the verificator mostly polished, we still need to implement
non-"additional" operators.
As well as adding traefik to be essentially treated as an operator when
it is the primary install, due to CRDs
Also changes the way how ingressclass middleware names are generated,
which should fix some of the ongoing middleware issues when users use
ingressclass
