093ce5a52f feat: add webhook rendering support (#491)
**Description**
We currently have multiple charts with custom webhooks.
This leads to a relatively high risk of them having different format and
different fixes applied.

We should instead ensure webhooks are rendered via common

f8eca3ee95 feat: BREAKING-CHANGE Remove manifest-manager completely (#499)
**Description**
With the last operator being moved to a seperate chart, we can
officially remove manifest-manager completely.
Technically breaking, as this feature is removed and users now need to
install the operators as seperate charts.

Should not affect users much in practice, as we're already emploring
them to move over.

07d4558f5e feat(common): explicitly set the namespace on all the objects (#488)
**Description**
<!--
Please include a summary of the change and which issue is fixed. Please
also include relevant motivation and context. List any dependencies that
are required for this change.
-->
⚒️ Fixes #441

- Added a function to "generate" the namespace and also validate in
terms of length and format.

Current blockers:
Some objects added after the initial refactor use a different code style
and currently is not straightforward to use the above function.

Those will have to be revisited once they have some tests for
themselves.
And after everything else is working and have tests in place (in regards
with the namespace change)

TODO:
  - [x] adjusts regex for validation on name and namespace.
  - [x] Doc updates

Tests:
  - [x] Configmap
  - [x] CronJob
  - [x] DaemonSet
  - [x] Deployment
  - [x] Endpoint
  - [x] EndpointSlice
  - [x] Job
- [x] NetworkAttachmentDefinition (Due to being only used in Scale and
the way the config is fetched, only global and root level namespaces are
used. You just can't define the NS on the object itself.)
  - [x] PesistentVolumeClaim
  - [x] RBAC
  - [x] Secret
  - [x] Service
  - [x] ServiceAccount
  - [x] StatefulSet

Objects with the implementation (but no tests):
Also those objects do not have per object override and do not support
TPL.
The above issues will be fixed on each one after they are refactored.

6c51a0fb84 feat(common): also verify traefik, prometheus and cnpg automatically (#458)
**Description**
With the verificator mostly polished, we still need to implement
non-"additional" operators.
As well as adding traefik to be essentially treated as an operator when
it is the primary install, due to CRDs

Also changes the way how ingressclass middleware names are generated,
which should fix some of the ongoing middleware issues when users use
ingressclass

58b6dd79ef feat(common): implement support for registering and verifying dynamic operator namespaces (#425)
**Description**
We got requests from iX that they would like us to not side-load
operators into namespaces that are not SCALE managed.
This feature limits allows us to use dynamically named namespaces for
charts containing operators.

It registers all operators and their namespace using a configmap in the
fixed `tc-system` namespace.

This means all operators can use dynamic namespaces (if the operator
itself supports that) and don't have to be hotloaded in non-scale
namespaces by manifestmanager in the future anymore.

It also moves tc-system namespace creation to common.
This ensures we can also change traefik middleware namespace logic later
as well.

On top of this, it also contains logic to prevent duplicate installs of
the same operator.

0e7780fa69 feat(common): Add .global.stopAll option to stop all on native Helm (#423)
**Description**
This implements a SCALE stop-button *like* experience on native helm.

This one actually works, in stark contrast to the iX stop-button
attempt:
- It uses helm, so helm edits don't magically start apps again (iX stop
button messes with objects managed by helm)
- It actually stops daemonsets (by only scheduling them on non-existing
nodes)
- It actually prevents (cron)jobs from running
- It hibernates cnpg clusters
- It can be expanded to as many custom objects as wel like/need in the
future

**⚙️ Type of change**

- [x] ⚙️ Feature/App addition

**📃 Notes:**
Can be abstracted away a bit (by putting an include in-between) to also
stop things prior to using the SCALE stop button, when iX ever exposes
that option.

08bf0e8130 feat(common): add support for cnpg cluster hibernation without using annotations (#420)
**Description**
cluster hibernation is a good way to get CNPG to scale down to 0
cleanly.
This might(!) be a potential solution for fixing the broken stop button
on SCALE as well, but that's not fully clear as of yet.

This also scales down the poolers to 0 as well. To ensure nothing
remains active.

ab147f31dc feat(common): allow postgres -> cnpg migration (#329)
**Description**
Add functionality to migrate old postgresql databases to cnpg.
This is not guaranteed(!) to work for every app and every database, but
it offers a semi-decent option to at least TRY to migrate, instead of
forcing users to do this manually

**Description**
This PR readds the wireguard and openvpn vpn types.
Though they are deprecated and people should move to gluetun, this
ensures people can use the addons like they are used to and do not need
to set them up again
